General Mills, Inc. (NYSE: GIS) reported net sales of $4.6 billion for the fourth quarter of 2026, up 1% year-over-year. Organic sales remained flat.
Net loss attributable to General Mills was $2 billion, or $3.74 per share, compared to net earnings of $294 million, or $0.53 per share, last year, driven mainly by lower operating profit. Adjusted EPS was $0.95, up 27% in constant currency.

Net sales for the North America Retail segment decreased 4% to $2.5 billion while sales for the North America Pet segment were up 4% to $702 million. Net sales for the North America Foodservice segment were down 1% to $575 million, while sales in the International segment increased 16% to $858 million.
For fiscal year 2027, the company expects organic net sales to range between down 1.5% and up 0.5%. Adjusted EPS is expected to be $3.00-3.20.
