Zoomlion Donates To Family Of Late Christian Atsu | General News

Zoomlion Ghana Limited has donated goods including a cash donation to the family of the late Black Stars winger, Christian Atsu Twasam.

The donation was presented by the Managing Director (MD) of Zoomlion, Mrs. Gloria Opoku Anti, who led a delegation of the company’s senior managers to sympathize with the family who died at their home in Ashaley Botwe on Friday, March 3, 2023.

The items, including 25 cartons of bottled water and 2 branded trash cans, are all in aid of the one-week observatory of the late Christian Atsu, scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2023, at the Adrigarnor Astro Turf park.

According to Mrs. Opoku Anti, the management of the company came to condole with the bereaved family, saying that “Ghana has lost a great footballer.”

While lamenting that Christian Atsu’s death is painful, Zoomlion MD encouraged the family to take comfort that Christian Atsu is resting in the arms of God.

In addition to the donation, Mrs. Opoku Anti assured the family that the outfit will take care of all sanitation issues before, during and after the week-long observation at the Adjirigarnor Astro Turf park.

He also used the opportunity to sign a book of condolence which was opened for the Black Stars players later.

Mrs. Opoku Anti was accompanied by the Financial Director and CFO of E&S Group, Mrs. Adokarley Okpoti-Paulo, the Compliance Manager, Mr. Prosper Ahey, the Human Capital Manager, Mr. Eric Osei Annor and the Director of Monitoring and Service Quality, Mr. Ernest Kusi.
