Legend of Mara
At games picks up where the events of 2nd Trip by Otherside Meta left off. In Legenda Mara, players learn about the Kodas, their origins, and their particular relationship with the Otherside.
To play Legend of Mara, players need at least one Otherdeed, Koda, and possibly Mara’s apprentice. Each Other Deed holder can claim one NFT Ship, which has different functions like hunting, farming, and luring. NFT ships will be delivered as unique ERC-721 tokens and new smart contracts or collections of NFTs to Otherdeed-holding wallets. The ERC-721 standard is the template that defines most NFTs on Ethereum.
The Kodas are the primary guardians of the Otherside and are skilled in farming, enchanting, and hunting. Ships can evolve into apprentices called Mara. Under the right conditions and catalyst, the “Mara” entity can further develop into a skilled Kodamara. Mara and Kodamara can help defend the Otherside. However, its abilities are limited compared to the ancient Koda.
LOTM is powered by ApeCoin and will be powered by sky Odiac. This is an ongoing 2D experience that will allow players to transform Mara into Kodamara, Yuga Labs stated when running the game. Early April will mark the start of the claim window for Ships.
Before opening the Mara, each Ship will have a specific incubation period. Maras who appear will serve the purpose of his ship. The three different species of Mara that will spawn from the Ship are Farmer, Hunter, and Enchanter.
Yuga Labs Creates Metaverse
The game was built last summer First Tripwhere Yuga Labs and Improbable can accommodate more than 4,300 people in the same real-time 3D world, using 3D audio software designed by Cambridge-based Improbable.
Yuga Labs is one of the competitors trying to create experiences in the metaverse, the interconnected digital world. The company signed off on Legenda Mara last month.

Chief Gaming Officer Spencer Tucker stated that 2023 will be a big year for the company’s metaverse.
👀 it’s going to be a big year, see you on the Otherside, maybe we’ll finally answer the question, WTF is Koda https://t.co/2DWmKjzlpQ

Yuga Labs plans to develop the Otherside as a metaverse to provide a new and exciting user experience. The Legend of Mara is an expansion of the Otherside metaverse.
The game promises to provide a deeper understanding of Kodas and his relationship with the Otherside. On March 27, Gucci said it will work with Yuga Labs to bring luxury goods to the Otherside metaverse.
