“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love and discipline.
2 Timothy 1:7″
Very often, incumbents seek to use the authority of the power given by the masses to achieve themselves through the agreement of the substitute by the “system”.
After dominating the NPP since the 2007 Legon Presidential Conference, there is a strong public perception, although it is debatable, that some officials around HE President Akufo-Addo are trying to prevent the change and renewal of the leadership of the Party against his wishes. from the grassroots of the Party, who believe that only genuine change can lead to continuity in power. Grassroots delegates believe Alan represents renewal and a real chance of winning in 2024.
Swedru’s statement is afraid of NDC. Kufuor experienced severe verbal terrorism because of his perceived opposition to Nana Addo’s successor. Whether history is karma or vice versa, the “Official Candidate”, who enjoys official endorsement, is pitted against the Champion of the Private Sector, a person for genuine change who is patient and courageous waiting to lead the Party to eliminate 8.
The majority of NPP delegates understood and accepted the task of electing a candidate “fit for the times”. This time calls for an extraordinary person with credibility to restore and transform the economy to generate jobs and income, rebuild the Party and convince Ghanaians that the NPP should be trusted to eliminate the eight.
If you don’t understand the motivation to delegate and coercive endorsement fails, you are “afraid to delegate”. You fear delegates when they reject the fear of authority and choose the right candidate against all odds. The “Official Candidate” simply does not meet the expectations of the delegates and the needs of the nation.
From FUSMED, FOUNDATION FOR FUTURE LEADERS, ENTERPRISE AFRICA to YEF, CBV, WTO and now AfCFTA, Alan is a Party entrepreneur. A tremendous capacity to grow people is what the Party needs to bring to the country to secure its third term before it has any real chance of turning Ghana’s fortunes around.
The Private Sector has a huge stake in the quality of leadership needed to make a breakthrough in the 2024 elections. They should come out and testify. This is your time. It is your time to make Ghana appreciate wealth creation as the best mechanism for sustained growth and prosperity.
Traditional rulers across Ghana have spoken. Delegates are waiting for the Private Sector and Academia to add confirmation.
The next natural leader of the NPP and Ghana is Alan Kyerematen. He will run an inclusive, innovative and inspirational campaign and government, with room for all talents, persuasions and interests, if it is about Ghana and its transformation.
If the endorsement is not good in 2007, it cannot be good in 2023.
