Yara Zaya and Gwen Both Tear Up in Tell All Sneak Peek

Even with everything that went down during Part 3 of 90 Day Engagement: Happily Ever After? Tell All, something else is coming.

In the fourth and final installment of the Season 7 special, the show will address Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya.

These fan-favorites have less glaring problems than some of their castmates, but they have some real conflicts.

In a sneak peek of Sunday’s finale, Yara and Gwen become tearful and emotional.

Jovi Dufren and Yara Zaya are in the spotlight during Season 7 Tell All, Part 4.

So far, Jovi and Yara’s roles in Tell All have mostly been related to their castmates.

Yara has Angela Deem screaming in her face the moment Angela (late) arrives on the Tell All stage.

That is, frankly, a badge of honor. Just because production is willing to tolerate Angela’s behavioral problems doesn’t mean Yara is necessary.

Meanwhile, Jovi was at his best when he stood up (so to speak) to Big Ed.

Both Jovi and Andrei discuss how they will never, under any circumstances, talk to their respective wives the way Ed talks to Liz, his fiance again.

And Jovi had to call Ed another time, advising him not to talk to Kimberly or Jenny in such an insulting way.

Jovi and Yara’s big “problem” this season is the debate over where to live. Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine left Yara homesick for Europe.

In the end, he returned to the US – just as the audience predicted. He loves living in America, but also loves Europe. This is a complicated and normal way for immigrants to feel.

But the war began in this season. Before Putin decided to start killing Ukrainians in his house, Yara and Jovi had announced another conflict.

“Ms. Gwen,” as Yara called her, was Jovi’s mother. Gwen Eymard is a fan-favorite. Most viewers consider him as one of the best parents 90 Day Engagement cast members that the show has never included.

Jovi is stuck abroad for months in 2020. Gwen is there for Yara, who is heavily pregnant, in a scary time. Yara then called her mother-in-law “my best friend”.

But Jovi and Gwen’s dispute kept them from speaking for weeks.

Gwen Eymard can understand Yara's relationship with Mylah

During the fourth and final installment of Tell All, the beautiful Shaun Robinson production asked Andrei and Libby about child care.

Specifically, does she feel that the couple is too dependent on Gwen to help take care of 2-year-old Mylah?

Andrei (who doesn’t believe in hiring a babysitter and whose job is very different from Jovi’s) must have responded correctly.

“We’re not too dependent,” Yara said in her own defense, as you can see in the clip below.

“We depend when we need help and Mrs. Gwen is there for me, if I will call her,” he notes.

“I work and sometimes I need the king’s help and I’m human,” Yara protested. “It’s very well done.”

“I don’t want people to think that I’m dependent, going to go, my son, depending on my son, no,” Yara continued.

She started to tear up with emotion. The way people have treated him for wanting help as a parent…it’s clear he’s getting it.

“But I’m working, so I need time and now,” she explained.

Jovi had previously discussed giving Mylah a sister. But Yara wasn’t ready yet.

“That’s why I don’t want to have another baby, because I’m not ready yet,” Yara explained.

The Tell All then turned their attention to Gwen.

Gwen was similarly emotional, explaining that her previous conflict with Jovi was “unnecessary.”

Jovi explained that “There was a period of six to eight weeks when he didn’t come and bother us.”

“You’re 32 years old,” Gwen replied. “We’ve never disagreed so much… Jovi yelled as I sat there and listened in shock.”

Obviously, this is a complicated situation involving three people who are actually in love.

Of course Yara needs help. Not all parents ask for help, but frankly, they all do.

Hopefully there will be some emotional resolution when Tell All goes down.
