A Ground Zero worker and lawyer for 9/11 first responders sent a clear message to House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) about Rep. George Santos (RN.Y.) and the 9/11 hoax (You can watch McCarthy’s message below).
John Feal, a 9/11 first responder, called Santos’ lies “disgusting” in an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Thursday.
John Feal was hit by a steel beam in his leg at Ground Zero but was denied compensation for his terrifying injury, an injury that resulted in partial amputation of his leg.
He said McCarthy should “be a man” in response to the embattled Republican’s fib.
“He can fix this. And if Kevin, if you watch and if you listen, be a man. Steady,” Feal said.
“Show the elected leaders and do the right thing. This man left a trail of pain and nobody did anything about it.
