World Cup 2026: England tie against Mexico in Round of 16 will be tough â?? Harry Kane
England captain Harry Kane is anticipating a difficult test against Mexico in the Round of 16 stage at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Bayern Munich poster boy was in action for the Three Lions on Wednesday when they faced D.R Congo in the Round of 32 showdown of the tournament.
In what turned out to be a tough clash, Harry Kane bailed England out in the second half when his stunning brace propelled the side to come from behind to secure a 2-1 victory.
Following the triumph, England will now take on co-host Mexico in the Round of 16 stage.
Speaking in a post-match interview, the striker said, “From an attacking point of view, this has been our BEST game of the World Cup so far.”

“The game vs Mexico will be difficult. It’s in Mexico,” Harry Kane said after the D.R Congo game.
