There may be more to the story Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans‘divorce!
As you may recall, the 29-year-old country singer filed for divorce from the 37-year-old in August 2022 after almost five years of marriage. By Kelsea on Call Him Daddy podcast, they wanted to stay in peace in the middle of the divorce process. However, things turned “bad” between them. In fact, they recently started a war of words (and songs). Most recently, Morgan put the country singer on blast just a few hours after the teaser for the interview dropped, he said Instagram:
“It’s really sad that I see this person, who I’ve loved all my life, and I love with all my heart, say things that aren’t real and leave what happened. He knows I’m not the type of person to talk about these things in public. If this is what I have to do treated, hope it helps.
What does it mean to “leave what happened?” Of course, the Australian-born artist didn’t specify, but a source has come out to reveal more about the details! And it’s not good, Perezcious readers…

according to Page Six Friday, Kelsea allegedly cheated on Morgan during her marriage The Chainsmokers member Drew Taggart! After working on the 2018 track This Feeling together, insiders say that the songstress is hooked up with Drew Lollapalooza in August 2019. He has no relationship with the 33-year-old singer until 2021.

A source close to Drew, who has seen Selena Gomez, insisting he was still single when he got involved with Kelsea. Apparently, her infidelity along with other problems have led on I miss you more The artist broke up with Morgan last year. The divorce decision ended up “blindsiding” on Voice For You musician. Wow…
The point is enough, the Penthouse the artist remembers the Call Him Daddy podcast sleeping on the couch the night before CMA Award a year after the great war – although he does not specify whether it shows:
“I fell asleep on the couch the night before the CMAs. And I remember I went to practice in the arena and texted her and she was like, ‘I’ll just meet you on the carpet.'”
But her song blind including lyrics about falling asleep on the couch in 2019 before a “big show,” and he “sings about how he cries.” The hint suggests that he is referring to the CMA Awards in 2019, when he performed. The queen came home that evening, which featured the line “even the queen went home crying.” This is where things get more interesting. The 2019 CMA Awards took place in August — just weeks after Lollapalooza and the alleged incident.
Of course, Kelsea did not open up Call Him Daddy podcast about what led to the war – but maybe an argument about whatever happened to Drew? Did Morgan have a feeling that he was out at the time? Or is this alleged “great war” something else entirely?
