Yara Zaya has a husband, Jovi Dufren, whom she loves. They have a precious daughter, Mylah.
The audience has watched 90 Day Engagement cast members struggle to keep a roof over their heads. Not so for these two.
Jovi, of course, jets around the world for weeks at a time to repair underwater pipes. It’s a demanding, specialized job…but it pays well.
Meanwhile, Yara owns and operates a boutique.
It is not a physical store. It’s online. And Yara is her own name.
They sell clothes – jackets, swimwear, jumpsuits. Yara’s dress in Season 6 Tell All (previous season) comes from her boutique.
Yara has been a total loser since we first saw her. It’s no surprise that she would become a model herself.
In addition, Yara has also branched out into the beauty industry.
In November 2021 – less than a year before Season 7 of Tell All was filmed – she debuted her makeup line, Boujee by Yara.
At the time, Yara gushed about how she spent a lot of time “dreaming” about launching her makeup line.
This comes from a fan who asked what makeup she used. The questions on social media made Jovi wonder if her husband could give more than an answer.
“Yara, you know, you can do your own makeup line,” she recalled Jovi telling her. And now he has.
In 2020, the audience first met Yara and Jovi – so to speak. They appeared in season 8 of 90 Day Engagement.
It was not an easy season for him. Yara’s pregnancy coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic. Jovi found himself stuck abroad for months. Yara lived with her mother for a while. It’s not the best situation to give birth.
But they welcomed Mylah. And, despite the intensity of misogynistic trolls 90 Day Engagement‘s fandom, Yara is quite liked.
For a while, Yara’s fans and Jovi’s fans seem to be two separate groups. That has changed a lot.
In fact, Jovi got widespread praise on social media during this latest Tell All – about how he confronted Big Ed.
He wasn’t just defending himself and his wife. He also stuck up for Jenny Slatten. Jovi warns Ed, telling the notorious reality TV villain that he owes Jenny.
