In an interview on Hot 97 radio station in New York, host Ebro asked Stonebwoy about the perception of Ghanaians towards Diaspora visitors.
The multi-award winning artiste responded by saying that Ghanaians are very friendly and travelers should explore the country’s fascinating locations and rich history. He claimed that Ghanaians always welcome visitors from abroad.
“One percent, we are happy! Ghanaians are welcome. We are friendly people. We are a home for everyone. The situation in Ghana is on fire. There are some landlocked countries where you don’t have varieties. The infrastructure is really close, to be honest. Not only Ashanti Kingdom; there are several other Kingdoms to explore in Ghana as well, like the Volta, North, West, and Central. Being a beautiful place, I encourage travelers to make Ghana their December destination.
In addition, Stonebwoy called on the diaspora to prioritize investment in the country’s most important industries.
“There is a lot to know, a lot to learn, and a lot to do in terms of ideology. I ask the diaspora to try and invest their intellect and finances also in the homeland. With $5,000 you can get a few acres where you can do business. We can create employment.It is not only dependent on the natives of Ghana or Africa.
Ghana has gained popularity as a holiday travel destination since the 2019 Year of Return program, thus, attracting many tourists every year.
