It’s a sad day for Wendy Williams fans…
Sources close to the talk show icon say they are highly anticipated Wendy’s Experience Podcast is no more. When talking to Sun last week, an insider spilled:
“It’s weird, because they say there’s no podcast, but they also tell people they’re going back to TV. It’s hard to know what’s based on reality.”
“Things to know are based on reality”? It really sounds like he is struggling… This is sad news! We all look forward to seeing Wendy get back on track doing what she loves. And a podcast seems like a good fit! They can do it from anywhere, they can work their own hours…

Wasn’t this her choice? If you click on the link to the 58-year-old’s website and go to the “read more” section of the podcast it says “account suspended.” HUH?? Did something happen and get Wendy off the platform? His merchandise store is still active and open amidst the suspended accounts. So strange.
The source said that she will soon return to TV. If something turns out to be true, maybe we’ll get to see him on air soon! Wendy announced her podcast last summer Instagram and in November in a WBS the event he claims will launch “in a few weeks,” but it doesn’t seem like it’s happening now.
You can see one of her teaser posts (below):
It was clear he was planning to continue his podcast at that point, but something got in the way. But what about health problems? Or something else?
At The Wendy Williams Show The host was spotted last week “drinking cosmos” in a New York City bar – just a month after he left Rehab in Miami! Eyewitnesses told the outlet at the time:
“He stared off into the distance until someone recognized him as coming in.”
The person who enters is nothing else Naughty But Good podcast host Rob Shuter, and his presence seemed to bring some life back to the daytime TV star. He told me Page Six the morning after he enjoyed a drink with Wendy:
“We ate, we drank, but when we were getting ready to say goodbye, Wendy didn’t want us to leave.”
Another insider told the outlet Wendy’s isn’t drinking casually, adding “she keeps saying she wants to get drunk tonight.”
Have conversations with other podcast hosts changed things? Or have they looked elsewhere? He also reportedly claimed to be moving to El Lay in the coming weeks, so maybe he’s hinting that he’ll be back on TV? Can he travel to Cali to get back on stage? Only time will tell!
