“I stopped to pee. I was about to enter the road again, Toyota hit my vehicle.”
A witness said he heard people crying for help after the accident.
“When I ran to the car, the driver was calling for help. Unfortunately, he stopped and I saw him give what appeared to be his last breath. He was the only one in the car. The car was on its side.”
Help came after some members of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Western Region branch, who were returning from Jomoro on official duty, and some police officers, the damaged Toyota vehicle was overturned.
The body of the deceased driver has been kept in the mortuary.
