MANILA, Philippines – Vincent Astrolabio captured the vacant World Boxing Organization (WBO) bantamweight world title when he fought Australia’s Jason Moloney on May 13.
BoxingScene.com reports that Astrolabio will see action against Moloney in a vacant title fight, a feature added to the fight between Janibek Alimkhanuly and Steven Butler for the WBO middleweight championship.

He defeated Nawaphon Kaikanha by unanimous decision in 12 rounds last October 16 in Melbourne.
