Vicki Gunvalsonson, Michael Wolfsmithapparently shaded him and other family members in the comment section of a series of photos he recently shared on Instagram.
As The Real Housewives of Orange County star responded to the slideshow by praising his son as “cute,” Michael responded to one of his followers who pointed out that he was “the only normal one” in the family and accused others, including Vicki’s daughter, Brian Culbersonand son-in-law, Ryan Culbersonfor his apparently close-minded views.
“A normal family that believes in democracy, science, and diversity,” the fan said.
And in response, others spoke in defense of Vicki and her family members, telling the first person, “You [an] very rude and rude human being.”
But according to Michael, who reacted to the second commenter, the first one was correct in his statement.
“Well he’s right lol,” Michael confirmed.
Michael shared a photo on January 13 from West Vancouver, British Columbia, where he posed with a mystery woman who many people thought could be his girlfriend.
And while Vicki didn’t comment on Michael’s claims about her family, she posted a message in the comments section of the post, applauding him as “cute”.
“His son is funny,” he replied.
As RHOC fans can understand, this is not the first time Michael has been away from Vicki’s political stance and views. Back in 2021, in the midst of her relationship with her current fiance and governor Steve LodgeMichael threw shade at her on Instagram after her role as a potential First Lady of California was discussed Watch What Happens Live.
“Omg I can’t…” she said. “I hope my mother doesn’t finance this disaster.”
At the same time, in the middle of a Q&A on his Instagram Story, Michael responded to fans who wanted to know how he and Vicki stay in harmony with each other, despite being on different sides of the political spectrum.
“We still love each other and we’re both a little stubborn,” Michael explained. “We are [at] eat together now!”
Michael also discussed Vicki’s stance against the COVID-19 vaccine after sharing a photo of her getting it.
“What does your mom think about you getting the vaccine? I heard she’s anti-vaxxer,” someone said in the comments
“He said ‘it broke his heart’ lol,” Michael replied.
Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in the coming months.
