Charterhouse, the organizer of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs) has introduced a one-week window to allow the general public to submit contest information submitted to them.
Speaking to Sika Osei during the VGMA Nominees party held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center (AICC) last Saturday, March 18, and reported by www.nydjlive.com, Head of Events and Public Communications at Charterhouse, Robert Klah announced that the temporary window a week has been introduced to ensure that information about nominations is eligible.
“One of the first things we immediately introduced was a temporary one-week period. After this announcement comes out, we have a one-week window open to the public. So what that means is, if someone disputes any information, if any information is sent to the VGMA and inaccurate, we are open to receiving information from the public to solve it because someone sends a post and sometimes you get. wrong information. After this time, everything announced remains as it is now.
In a later interview with NYDJ on RyseNShyne on Yfm earlier today, March 20, Mr. Klah also announced that the temporary window of one week will be a channel through which he can challenge the nomination or file a dispute.
“The temporary window of one week for corrections and provisions. By correction, I mean the deletion or inclusion or any type of information that may not be accurate because the mechanism requests information from various sources,” he said.
He also said that individuals can send their concerns through the official email or contact available on the website of the award scheme.
