this week, 90 Day Engagement blogger John Yates took to Instagram to share some exciting news.
Jamal Menzies and Veronica Rodriguez are in Mexico.
They appeared in at least two different locations on the same day. And the reason to visit south of the border is very sweet.
Kimberly Menzies celebrates her birthday on March 12th! And he didn’t stay in San Diego for the festivities.
If you’ve been following her on social media, you know she’s in Mexico. In fact, you see her and Jamal on the plane.
In addition, he spends time with 90 Day Engagement: Another Way fan-favorites Keither Niedermeier and Armando Rubio, and sweet little Hannah (who grew up so fast).
Jamal and Veronica seem to be careful not to get infected if they travel together.
That was before John Yates, who notably has all but unparalleled access to many of the franchise’s past and present cast, got wind of it.
Maybe they will post publicly about their time together. However, if there is a contract in some capacity for the show, he may have to wrap it up.

Of course, the news that Veronica and Jamal are still going strong may come as a surprise to a certain subset of 90 Day Fiance viewers.
Jamal is a fan favorite. And, in general, Veronica has been liked by the audience.
However, there is a small but rather vocal subset of viewers who found themselves all but loathing this couple when they announced their relationship.
For some, it’s an age gap. Veronica is in her mid to late thirties. Jamal is in his twenties. The age gap is nothing, but the sexist double standard sometimes condemns a small age gap if women are older than men.
Others seem to want Jamal for themselves. Look, he’s a total cigarette show, and we respect that. But viewers need to be realistic about these things.
Finally, the most vocal critics seem to be disgusted that they are in an open relationship.
This is a very practical decision for people who live on opposite sides of the country.
Heck, many couples who live together in the same house have an open relationship.
But for some viewers who prize monogamy over everything else – including personal happiness and the health of the relationship – which opens up to see other people made blood boil. But you know what? That’s their problem.
