Katie Maloney confirmed the rift with Lala Kentrung on the latest episode of her podcast.
Before teasing the next 10 seasons from Vanderpump Rules and reveal that he’d consider the crossover to Real Housewives of Salt Lake CityKatie revealed that things were not good between them and admitted that it was “hard to film” when she divorced him. Tom Schwartz – and a brief fling with a co-star, Rachel Lewis.
“The vibe is definitely dead,” Katie admitted of the dynamic between her and Lala on the Jan. 13 episode of Dear Media’s You Will Love Me.
Then, after saying, “No,” to a listener who wanted to know if she was still friends with Raquel, Katie responded to another person who asked if it was difficult to make a movie while she was going through a divorce. hear all about Tom’s attraction to Raquel.
“It’s a bet. It’s a big thing because it’s still a tender subject, a tender time in our lives, and we’re exploring and still exploring the friendship between us, and all these aspects are still new for both of us,” he explained. “We just moved from home and there are still a lot of things that are new to us, yes, you put filming into the mix and yes, it’s always difficult, but I think. we passed.”
Commenting on the recently released trailer, Katie admitted she was “nervous” to see it for the first time.
“It’s a very hot summer. It’s a strong time, so I know it’s going to be a strong trailer,” he said. “It’s been a long time, and I know people are worried and waiting for it to happen. It’s going to be great. A lot of people say it’s like old school Vanderpump Rules, and I totally agree, and I think that’s the case this season as well.
During the season, Katie developed an affair with an actor Satchel Clendenin but has more recently been linked to Luke Gage.
“I think I like it, just because I like the fun aspect of it,” she says of dating. “I don’t want to do a full-fledged relationship, so I think I’d rather be happy.”
And, while Katie admits it’s sometimes “a little weird” being single among friends who are married with kids, she says it’s “the best thing in the world.”
“I have a few single girlfriends. That’s fun, and we all go out. And then yes, some of my closest friends, they’re married with babies, and it can be difficult. But they’re also very happy with those babies,” he explained.
Also, during the episode, Katie responded to fans who wanted to know if she was leaving Pump Rules for ROSLC.
“Don’t say never, but I don’t know. I live here, and I run a business here, so it’s tough, but maybe if I run a business in Utah, it might work out,” he teased.
