Gyan shared a photo of Christian Atsu on Twitter, with prayer emojis.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) also wants Christian Atsu to survive the disaster, which also threatened the life of Atsu’s club director, Taner Savut.
Atsu, who plays for Hatayspor, was reportedly among the thousands of victims trapped in the rubble after the devastating earthquake that struck Turkey on Monday.

Several reports from Turkey said a search and rescue operation was underway for Atsu who plays for Turkish Super Lig club Hatayspor.
Two of his friends as well as a member of the technical staff have been rescued but Atsu is still missing.
