Education Secretary Linda McMahon on Wednesday tried to juggle her praise of President Donald Trump over circus music after an apparent hacker played it during her remarks at a national youth conservative conference.
McMahon — when asked about what’s “different” from serving in Trump’s second term versus his first term at the conference in Washington, D.C. — claimed it took the president “a while” to get the White House “organized” to his liking just before an iconic, silly track took over the sound system.
“He had to do some staff changes pretty quickly as people understood what his working style was,” said McMahon as Julius Fučík’s “Entry of the Gladiators” played in the background at the Young America’s Foundation event hosted by the nonprofit’s president, former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R).
She continued as young members of the crowd appeared to laugh at the apparent hijacking of the sound system.
“So but this time, he knew the story. He knew how to make things work, how to make things run. He had the people coming in that he really wanted to work with him. And then they had this little gap. You know, sometimes kids in college take a gap year. Well he,” said McMahon, who stopped to chuckle.
She went on, “He didn’t voluntarily take a gap term but I think it turned out to be an incredible thing for him.”
The former wrestling magnate-turned-education secretary faced other bonkers interruptions, as well, including one moment when the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” theme song as she urged parents to get involved in their school boards.
“McMahon is a corrupt billionaire [inaudible] who knows nothing about education,” the audio declared.

Walker, in response, jokingly accused “a few liberal senators” of working with the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) to disrupt McMahon.
