Anyone with a sixth grade education knows Trump is accusing others of crimes they actually committed. A psychiatrist recently appeared on a cable news show warning that Trump exhibits narcissistic and sociopathic characteristics. Since the indictment in the Mara-a-Lago documents scandal happened, Trump has accused the DOJ of running a politically motivated and weaponized campaign against him. Later in his speech, he announced that if elected president, he would direct the “DoJ” to investigate Joe Biden, “the most corrupt president in the history of the United States”. So he declared the DOJ weapon a threat to American democracy and then admitted that he would use the DOJ if he won the presidency. This behavior is one of the reasons why Trump has been called an idiot, a sociopath, and an autocrat.He went on to say that he had the right to retrieve the document based on the Presidential Records Act. It is the opposite of what the law says. He has confessed to the crime but claims his actions were not crimes and were fueled by a fear-mongering Republican party and an uneducated voter base. the law says:Trump continues to expose himself as a lying gasser or someone who can’t understand 1% of the laws in the Constitution. He kept repeating that he was innocent because the Presidential Records Act gave him permission to take whatever he wanted because he was president. Sixth graders can understand that the law says that when the president leaves office, all of his records must be returned to the government. Why are Trump supporters shocked when they are called idiots or idiots for supporting a candidate who is illiterate about the Constitution?McCarthy knew the truth. He knows that the “big lie” is a lie. They know that Trump is causing an uprising. They know Trump is breaking the law and endangering national security by stealing and manipulating classified documents. He knew the indictment was justified and that no DOJ weapons by Biden had been committed. They know that Trump is not competent to be president. Elected Republican officials are powerless, fearful or silent and like McCarthy engage in attacks on the Constitution and reject traditional American laws and values.
