Trump vowed to crush anti-Semitism to the audience at the Israeli American Council event last week. He focused soley on the Israel issue when referring to Jews and politics. It’s his way of using the action he took to move the capitol of Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem as a way of holding onto as many Jewish votes possible. However, if he truthfully wants to stop the spread of anti- Semitism he could start by:
- Stop referring to the self- proclaimed ” Black Nazi” Mark Robinson from North Carolina as a “great guy”.
- Promise not to pardon the Jan. 6th rioters who wore Auschwitz t- shirts
- Denounce all white supremacist/ Nazi groups and reject their support
- Apologize for his comment at the Charlottesville Nazi rally where he proclaimed ” there were good people on both sides”.
- Denounce Marjorie Taylor Green’s comment that that the California wildfires are caused by Jewish space lasers.
- Stop having dinners with anti- Semitic, Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes
- Ask his anti-Semitic buddies Kanye West and Elon Musk to apologize to the Jews for spreading hate speech towards them or dump them as friends
- Stop expecting Jews to be a one issue voter: Israel
- Admit having had a copy of Mein Kampf in his dresser when married to Ivana and explain why.
- Apologize for saying ” Hitler did some good things”.
- Stop using the identical rhetoric Hitler used against Jews when referring to violence towards immigrants ( i.e. vermin).
- Acknowledge the persecution Jews have experienced throughout history and show compassion for their suffering.
- Publicly denounce Holocaust deniers
Trump will befriend anyone, even Nazi sympathizers, if he thinks it will get him votes. Mark Robinson has also referred to the Holocaust as ” hogwash” and called LGBTQ as ” filth”. Trump doesn’t care about people, he cares about himself, money, attention, and power. No demographic is safe with Trump except white Christian nationalists.
