Joe Tacopina, former President Donald Trump’s lawyer, tried to get a piece of paper from MSNBC’s Ari Melber during an interview Tuesday.
The moment came as the duo discussed Trump’s claims that he was unaware of the payments he made to adult actor Stormy Daniels after they had an affair.
“That’s not cheating?” Melber asked Tacopina.
“This is not a lie,” the prosecutor began to explain.
Melber held up a paper containing Trump’s rebuttal.
Tacopina tried to seize the document.
“Can you put that paper down, put that paper down, we don’t need it,” he told Melber.
Melber stood his ground and moved the paper, then posted one word about the exchange on Twitter: “Interview.”
