A Denver, Colorado native is mourning the loss of her life after sharing some heartbreaking last words on social media.
Kayleigh Scottflight attendants who earned praise in 2020 for sharing their journey in a promo video for United Airlinestake for Facebook and Instagram Monday to show what was going through his head at the last minute:
“When I take my last breath and leave this living earth, I want to apologize to everyone I care about. I’m sorry I can’t be better. To the people I love, I’m sorry I can’t be strong. To people who have given me so much, I’m sorry that all my efforts have not been reciprocated. I hope you know that I’m leaving is not a reflection of you, but the result of not being able to change myself for the better.”
It was heartbreaking to know how he felt in those last moments. He called out a few specific friends, asking them to remember their “good memories” before entering:
“I’ll see you all again on the other side.”
His 25-year-old mother, Andrea Sylvestrotook to the app just five hours later to pay tribute to the late princess:
“I am so proud to have you as my daughter, proud and amazed by everything you have done in life, your smile is so beautiful, your laugh is unbelievable, your heart is bigger than we can understand. .”
He continued:
“I’ve missed you so much, everything you’ve done, every morning you wake up and look in the mirror, I hope you see what I see.. a beautiful, wise, compassionate, brave soul! I love you!!! Fly high my beautiful daughter, I will not let a day pass without honoring your name and all that it promises. Climb that mountain, live free and the wind will take you far… all my love, girl!”

Our hearts break for Kayleigh and her loved ones. It is tragic that he is in such a dark place, but his legacy will live on in the positive impact he made on our culture. Check out the inspiring United Airlines video (below):
