Speak out. Tom Schwartz broke the silence after the news from Tom Sandovaldeal with Rachel Lewis and the subsequent split from Ariana Madix made waves.
“[Sandoval’s] OK, I thought. Relatively speaking. I mean, he has a deep sadness, right. I feel like s–t, and to some extent, maybe,” Schwartz, 40, said. TMZ Friday, March 11. “But he knows he’s f–ked up. The whole thing is just so sad.”
Schwartz, who was at the airport when he spoke to the videographer, said the storyline was too crazy to write. Vanderpump Rules, and he has not spoken to Leviss, 28, since the affair was made public. However, she expressed concern for Madix, 37, who was in a relationship with Sandoval, 40, for nine years before splitting earlier this month.
“Luckily, Ariana has a great support system, and she’s with her friends,” Schwartz added. “I’m not sure where he is. I hope he has a good life, just enjoying it. I hope he’s on the spree of life. I just hope it all ends, you know?”
Schwartz owns a business with Sandoval and hooks up with Leviss this season Vanderpump Rules. Naturally, fans speculated that Schwartz knew about the scandalous romance, but he would neither confirm nor deny the rumours. “You’ll see it play out in the show,” he teased.
However, the Minnesota native denied that he kissed Leviss to help her and Sandoval. “No, that’s not true. Except I was a pawn in the game,” he said.
“It’s f–king complicated. That’s the understatement of the year. I think Tom is fine,” he said of the situation, known as Scandoval. “Really, I’m just sad about the negative impact it’s having on our business, but I think cooler heads will prevail, and I’ll move on.”
Schwartz and Sandy’s, one of Sandoval and Schwartz’s restaurants, addressed the backlash they received from Pump Rules fans amid the owner’s involvement in a cheating scandal. “In light of the recent news, we appreciate the many words of support, but we are also aware of the anger directed at our business,” a statement on the business’ Instagram page read on March 4. the not-so-famous have poured their heart and money into making this restaurant a reality.
The bar and lounge asked critics to keep in mind that Sandoval was not the only one affected by negative comments, reviews and threats. “Our staff, from waiters and bartenders to cooks and dishwashers, have nothing to do with this unfortunate situation,” the restaurant said in a statement. “Please consider that posting negative comments affects more than just individuals who may be harassed.”
Us Weekly first confirmed on March 3, that Sandoval and Madix split after nine years together. Even though an insider told me us couple “they had problems for a while,” the relationship “just came to a breaking point” after Madix learned from the relationship.
TomTom’s owner apologized to the Florida native on Tuesday, March 7 (after initially acknowledging the relationship without naming him). “I want to apologize to everyone I hurt during this process. Most importantly, I want to apologize to Ariana,” he wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, March 7. “I made mistakes, I was selfish and I made reckless decisions that hurt the people I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.
Leviss, for his part, apologized publicly the next day. “I want to apologize for my actions and choices that are most important to Ariana, and to my friends and fans to invest in our relationship,” he wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, March 8. “There’s no reason, I’m not a victim. And I have to take action and I’m very sorry for hurting Ariana.
In a lengthy statement, the beauty pageant contestant discussed her plans to speak to a “counselor” about her problems. “I have sought emotional validation through unhealthy intimate connections without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing intimate relationships over my friends,” she added. “I took steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.”
Shortly after his apology, he clarified that he was not ready to “label” his relationship with Sandoval.
“Despite the untenable circumstances of our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born of a loving friendship,” Leviss via Instagram Stories the next day. “Knowing how many people are sick, I have to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I have to take care of my health, try to grow myself and take time to be uncomfortable with myself.

Leviss concluded: “I care about Tom and I don’t want to label anything or predict what he will do. Now I have to heal.”
