Tom Sandoval started a new business for the band, The Most Extras.

After launching a group of eight people in the middle of the pandemic, the Vanderpump Rules star, 39, has officially filed to create a band LLC. The band caused tension between him and Tom Schwartz40, last year when they tried to open the door of Schwartz & Sandy’s.

The tension stems from accusations that Sandoval is more focused on his band than his business.

This week, The US Sun announced that Sandoval officially filed an LLC for The Most Extras on January 6 in the state of California, naming the music group’s CEO and manager.

During last week’s premiere episode of Pump Rules season 10, Sandoval and Schwartz were seen discussing how they “invested a million dollars” into Schwartz & Sandy as Schwartz, who was in the middle of a divorce from his now-Ex-wife Katie Maloney, admitted that he was “drowning” in money problems. and struggling to juggle bar expenses with mortgage and rent.

“It’s great that you called. You’re the best partner… when we have your attention,” Schwartz told his co-star and business partner. “There were moments when I was f-cking frustrated with you. It’s like you’re just not there. You are called to every other job.

According to Schwartz, he felt that Sandoval was more focused on his band, which Schwartz said “[loves]”, instead of the restaurant.

“It’s escapism at a cost,” Schwartz stated as Sandoval agreed.

“[Tom] so focused on this new band that started: Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras,” Schwartz said again in the confessional. “There was a period of three months, maybe he disappeared. I can’t get through to him. I think what really turned it around was when I sat down and said, ‘The money is going to run out.’

While Sandoval and The Most Extras have only been touring since November 2021, cover bands don’t seem to have lost their appeal. And after shows in San Diego, New York City, Washington, DC, St. Louis, and Nashville, they have four upcoming shows in California.

And not all for Sandoval.

“We have other things at work. I, [Ken Todd] and [Lisa Vanderpump] maybe do other things at the same time. We’ll have to wait and see,” Sandoval told The Sun last November while noting he and Schwartz “work well together.

“We will never tire of each other,” he said.

And in his own interview with The US Sun, Schwartz said he loves and appreciates Sandoval.

“I’m very pleased with his ambition and how well he’s accomplished over the last few years,” Schwartz said. “I know opening this new bar will be a test, a test of friendship, and I’m very proud of what we’ve done.”

Vanderpump Rules Season 10 airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
