Another surprising twist in the active saga of Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix!
That’s a long time Vanderpump Rules couple broke up last week, apparently after he found out that he cheated on her with a co-star – and supposed friend – Rachel Lewis! We have begun to hear that there are other ways to tell the story, all of which somehow makes Sandoval seem even worse. But this latest wrinkle, well… we’re not sure what to make of it!
According to a rep for Sandoval, now the ex-couple – if you can believe it – “is still living together”! Yes, the $2.075 million modern farmhouse purchased in the El Lay Valley Village area? They are still living under the same roof after the cheating scandal. Rep explains:
“They have a house together, and what happens next with that property will take time to sort out. It’s not something that will be decided over the weekend.
Yes, of course, separating property ownership will take time. But how long will it take for someone to yell GET THE HELL OUT and everyone else to pack their effing bags?? Hell, he could stay with his mistress while he worked, which seemed fair. Since they were supposed to “want to be together” now everything is out in the open.

To be fair, this is a big place – five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms – so maaaaybe they can come and go without having to speak to each other. (This could also explain the detail that Sandoval allegedly made out with Raquel at her house while ARIANA slept!) But honestly, why did Ariana have to make that compromise? She’s a scorned woman, she’s got the prerogative to kick that man out of the house! After all, he had given Tom everything Instagram!
Or could Sandoval refuse to leave? A source told US Sun on the weekend that “Tom is arrogant and still thinks he will return to her.” Did he not leave because he thought he would come back? No… No one is arrogant, right? You have to be the kind of person who doesn’t want to have sex with another woman while your significant other is sleeping in the next room and OMG we hear it as we speak.
Well, according to another source said to Page Six There, the house is a big sticking point for Sandoval. He was allegedly brought up during that VPR The breakup convo was the reason why he stayed in a relationship with Ariana, suggesting that it would be a mess if they had to break up if he had to betray her trust for seven months! wow You know, at this point we wouldn’t be surprised if he refused to leave “his” house.
Then again maybe it’s just too hard to both sides of them to go? It’s a beautiful home, and we know moving is never fun. But listen, don’t get yourself into a toxic situation just because it’s hard to pack. In other words, NEVER COHABITATE OUT OF HABIT!
