The Average Ghanaian Is ‘Extremely Corrupt’; I Paid To Get Elected – Sam George | Politics

Ningo Prampram Member of Parliament, Sam Nartey George, says he is not a ‘saint’ when it comes to corruption.

The outspoken lawmaker in an interview on his Joy TV personal profile made it clear that he paid to get elected.

For him, the average Ghanaian is corrupt – hence, the struggle to fight the canker.

“Politicians are corrupt because of the people we lead, the average Ghanaian is very corrupt and has lost his moral fiber. Politicians are a reflection of the people,” said.

“I paid to be elected, you think that if I am elected, I will not sit here and say that I did not pay. They pay more than me but I pay too, depending on who it is. Monkey plays with size,” he notes.
