Seven is heaven?
The newlyweds Theresa Judge and Luis Ruelas – who share a blended family with six kids in total – just revealed that they are planning to have another. In addition, the The Real Housewives of New Jersey star gave a message to her critics, and she spilled the secret to maintain her positive energy.
The Bravo celeb, who married her husband last summer at a chateau estate, opened up about her new partnership with Best Fiends, and she shared her insight into working with Melissa Pfeister at Namaste B$tches podcast.

“No, I’m not. It’s been a long time… We have six children [combined]. And four dogs. We have had enough,” said Teresa, who said that life is “beautiful” now that her children are grown.
“I’m definitely more relaxed [than] when he was young, about twenty-four. Now they are more independent,” said the best-selling author, joking about his “second job” as an “Uber driver” for Audriana, 13, is the youngest of four daughters. “And Milania just got the license so i’m happy. So I only have one [who’s not driving].”
The newlyweds talk about their new life with Luis, and they say that their favorite part is “waking up with him, going to bed with him, [and] just be with him every day.” He also expressed his love for both of his families, who joined him in an “easy transition” with “smooth sailing.”
The reality icon, who has been a Bravo staple for 13 seasons (and was featured on Celebrity Apprentice and Dancing with the Stars) overcome the negative perception of fans.
“I’m not as bad as people think,” Teresa said. “I am a mother first and foremost, but I want everyone to know that I am a kind and gentle person. I like the people around me… I have good energy. I like good energy around me.
When asked how she maintains her positive vibes, Teresa said the secret is yoga and meditation.
“When I went to prison, that’s when I started yoga. I just had to get my mind clear because I was really angry that I was taken away from my children,” shared in Turn the Tables author. “So when I started doing it… And when I got out of jail, I got a yoga certificate because I really enjoyed it.”
He then explained, “I’m in the camp facility, so we can go out. And one thing I have to say, the grounds are very beautiful… and I’ll find a place and [meditate] there … When it was spring and summer, [I’d meditate] in the grass.”
Teresa carried these health secrets into her post-release life. Now, the star is meditating in a quiet retreat behind the 7,728 square foot mansion. “In my backyard it looks like a resort. In the summer I do it outside,” he said. “Otherwise, I have a room in my house. I called [it] Buddha’s room.”
Another way Teresa relieves stress? His “new crush,” the puzzle game is called best fiends, with whom he recently partnered.
“It’s a challenge of three puzzles. And then you collect characters to go along with it. It’s a good way to relax. It makes my mind not think about anything else,” said Teresa. “I like all the characters … If I’m having a day that stiff, it just makes me feel good.”
The star continued, “This is a game you’ll love. My best friend is a big gamer, he plays games all the time. I used to say… ‘What are you doing?’ me [didn’t] know he plays the game [until] I started playing Best Fiends.
Teresa said that she and her friend are happy now. “It’s like a new crush,” she explains. “Instead of watching TV, I like to do this. And you can do this anywhere, [like] if you are at the airport… [or] do your hair.”
Speaking of Teresa’s friends, they also see working together Melissa Pfeisterhe co-hosted it Namaste B$tches podcast.
“We talk about everything [on the podcast]. Life, what’s going on in my world, what’s going on in Melissa’s world, what’s going on in the real world… [and] a little over Housewives,” said the co-host, who releases a new episode every Wednesday. “[Melissa] have opinions about things, and I have opinions about things. And I like that. We don’t always see eye-to-eye on everything, but I think it’s what makes the world go round… We really have [become] best friend He is amazing, [and] he has been there for me.”
