From classic to modern films, African Magic take viewers into a world of exciting stories with new content premiering this week.
In line with the platform’s promise to keep its customers entertained this March with a constant stream of movies, Africa Magic unveils its ‘March Movie Madness’ roster.
So far in March, her debut titles include ‘Playing by Heart’ which was released on Thursday, followed by ‘My Jewel My World’, ‘The Last Days of Lola Sampson’, ‘Emily’s Muddle’, ‘A Night Alone’, and Nollywood classics, ‘Reggae Boys’ and ‘Will of God’.
This week’s line-up at Africa Magic promises to be exciting, writing from four films that will be screened from Tuesday to Thursday.
Scheduled on the March Movie Madness list for this week are ‘Control’, ‘Rush Hour, Late Hour’, ‘Taxi Driver’, ‘Don’t Test My Love’, and ‘Dear Sister’.
‘Check’

On Tuesday, Emmanuel Akaemeh’s ‘Control’ will air at 4:40 pm The film features Mary Lazarus, Anthony Monjaro, and Bryan Emmanuel.
It tells the story of Helen, whose bad temper leads her to lose her husband. The only solution to save her marriage is if she can control her emotions. He must win back his wife’s heart and take control of the house after being challenged by his mistress to save his wife for just two weeks.
‘Spirit/Last Hour’

Sylvester Obadigie’s Nollywood Classics, ‘Rush Hour’ and ‘Final Hour’, will feature a star-studded cast at Africa Magic Urban.


Airing on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 15:45 and 15:55, the movie is directed by Afam Okereke. This heartwarming drama stars Tonto Dikeh, Nonso Diobi, Oge Okoye, and Uche Jombo.
The two-part film is about a new university intake who falls in love with a cult, putting him in harm’s way. Cult groups and their friends engage in a bloodbath for supremacy at the expense of academia.
‘The taxi driver

Another Nollywood entertainment classic is coming to viewers this week as ‘Taxi Driver’ airs on Africa Magic Urban on Friday at 16:05.

The movie features the great Nkem Owoh with Uche Ogbodo and Charles Awurum. It follows Owoh, a taxi driver, as he struggles against himself not to fall in love with a married passenger.
Also airing on Friday is ‘Don’t Test My Love’.

The premiere of ‘Dear Sister’ at the Africa Magic Showcase will be held on Thursday at 14:00
