Students expressed their frustration that the time taken by the management was unfair, but did not oppose the 15 percent increase.
“Management is not fair to us. First, they did not consult us and now they have increased the costs that we did not want.
“It’s not a good time. It’s very inconsiderate on your part. We can’t continue like this,”
Abdul Razak Aziz, the majority leader of the student council said, “The management took this decision without consulting the student body which makes the result invalid. According to our law, the SRC should have been involved in the decision. So, we are not aware of any decision taken.
This is the second time that students have boycotted the college due to the increase in fees.
On March 10, the students gathered at the school administration to present their complaints to the school management.
