Judge Tamra it has flared up again after Kelly Dodd charged against him and his wife Rick Leventhalhis YouTube series, The Rick & Kelly Showthat she and your husband Eddie Judge have no CBD business.
After the The Real Housewives of Orange County alum said on her show that Vena CBD is not Tamra’s company amid her talk about the Bravo series’ cast being “fake,” and Gretchen Rossi responding by accusing Tamra of “always lying,” Tamra clapped back with her own statement, warning the former star to “be careful.”
“This is not his company, as shown in the documents. This is all in the public domain. He does not create the formula, does not own the intellectual property, does not do the distribution. He discredits the name and teases people saying that he is the founder and this is his company, “Kelly. stated in the December episode of her and Rick’s series. “It’s not.”
Later, after her comments were shared online, Kelly doubled down, saying, “He claims to have founded a company.. he claims a lot of things. He’s joking.”
And after Kelly’s message, Gretchen responded.
“He must have lied, for years,” Gretchen said.
In a statement shared on her Twitter page, Tamra wished her fans and followers a “successful 2023” while addressing the former star’s claims against her and Eddie’s business.
“There’s nothing like saying crazy to wrap up this year, what’s more I just got out of business… Anyone with experience running a company knows that owning an LLC is not the same as a publicly registered one. Most LLCs use a registered agent so there is no personal information that is publicly available,” Tamra explained.
“I can assure you that I am actually Vena’s. As every partner (retail and online) of Vena already knows, Vena is a joint venture between Eddie and I with Medterra CBD,” he said. “Having someone trying to do business that we’ve worked hard on is disgusting. I advise you to be very careful. “
As RHOC Fans will recall, Kelly was threatened with legal action by Tamra in December 2020 after she accused Vena CBD of being a “pyramid scheme CBD line”.
“I would be very careful spreading lies about our business,” Tamra told Kelly in an Instagram Story message at the time.
Real Housewives of Orange County Season 17 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime early this year.
