Tammy Slaton has reached another milestone.
The 1000-Lb Sisters cast member has been rocking the role, after undergoing gastric bypass surgery in the middle of last year and then getting married in November.
After both of these events, Tammy returned to a rehab facility in Ohio?
But now?

The reality star has checked out!
According to a source who spoke anonymously this week to The Sun, Slaton recently returned to Kentucky after abstaining from alcohol, smoking and vaping for nine months to achieve weight loss and general health goals.
This same insider says that Tammy can fit in the front seat of a normal car now and no longer needs to ride with extra room arranged for her in the back.
He built himself up to go the distance.

Tammy can also stand for short periods of time and hug friends and family members.
This may sound like nothing to the average man or woman…but to someone who weighs 717 pounds now?
It pays off for a lot of hard work.
Back in 2021, Tammy admitted to Sisters 1000-Lb that she drank eight bottles of booze every week.
They smoke, they party, they eat whatever they want whenever they want…

In the season 3 finale of this TLC program, Slaton even stopped breathing for a while after going on a bender.
“His body is dead,” sister Amy explains in early season 4 footage, while brother Chris adds:
“If he hadn’t had the surgery, he would have died from the weight.”
Fast forward all these months, though?

And Tammy is done.
“I’m working,” Slaton previously told Us Weekly, speaking publicly about the ordeal and adding:
“I was hungry a lot of the time and my hard work paid off.”
It certainly is. See the photo directly above. What a transformation!

Slaton’s personal life has been a transformer as well due to the addition of her husband Caleb.
“We support each other wholeheartedly,” she continued in the tabloid’s interview when asked if her relationship had been affected by the surgery.
“On my weight loss journey, when he had a problem wanting to eat because he was bored or because he was an emotional eater, he came to me and we talked about the situation.
“It’s the same with me and I talk to him. We talk about our problems and why we feel the way we do.
“We are true partners.”
