T-Pain, Sarkodie, Vic Mensa, Others Rock Black Star Line Festival

The first edition of the Black Star Line Festival organized by Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa climaxed on Saturday night with a successful mega concert.

It features pulsating performances by local and international artists on the bill to many music fans.

The concert was held at the Independence Square in Accra and was attended by visitors who traveled far and near to witness it.

Some traveled to the US, Germany and the UK to participate in the festival.

Performers include T-Pain, Erykah Badu, Vic Mensa, Jeremih, Asaaka Boys, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, M.anifest and more.

Each took the stage with a series of popular songs to the delight of the festival audience.

T-Pain performed some of his timeless hits to the delight of the crowd who usually sing along to the show.

Among his songs are ‘Bartender’, ‘Buy you a drink’, and ‘Good life’. The crowd went crazy when he dropped ‘All I do is win’, a DJ Khaled song featuring him.

Vic Mensa, who is also a signee of JayZ’s ‘Roc Nation label was praised for his performance and also shared the stage with Stonebwoy and Kwesi Arthur from Ghana. He performed the songs he made in collaboration.

Jeremiah also gave a historical performance.
He started with the popular ‘Birthday sex’, a song and then performed the party song ‘Don’t tell’.

Sarkodie was also up to the task, performing some popular songs such as Non-Living Things, Oxlade’s star-studded song. Erykah, Stonebwoy, M.anifest and others were phenomenal on stage.
