Taylor Frankie Paul has returned TikTok.
A month after the popular Mormon TikToker “swinging” was charged with domestic violence and child abuse in Utah last month, he returned to the social media platform with a video featuring his girlfriend, Dakota Mortensen. The pair shared a video documenting their routine together, including footage of them brushing their teeth, going to the gym, shopping at Trader Joe’s, and kissed him on the cheek. Taylor captioned the post, saying:
“It’s been a minute, I miss you.”

The two have clearly forged a union amid legal troubles. And quite innerestingly, Taylor mentioned in the clip that they are looking for a new house together – even after her domestic violence incident. You can ch-ch-check out the video (below):

This marks the first time the pair have posted a video together on TikTok since Taylor was arrested on one count of aggravated assault, two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child resulting in injury, one count of child abuse and one count. from the crime of accident. Police say the social media personality and Dakota got into a heated confrontation on Feb. 17, resulting in injuries to her and her 5-year-old daughter. Indy Paulwhich she shares with her ex Tate Paul.
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Taylor allegedly began assaulting Dakota when she tried to leave during the argument. He then allegedly threw a cell phone, a “wooden playset,” and three metal barstools at the man. But one of the chairs reportedly hit Indy, giving him a “goose egg” bump on his head, while the other hit Dakota and left a hole in the wall. Taylor is also accused of putting her boyfriend “in a chokehold and kicking him” at one point during the confrontation.

He began pleading not guilty when he appeared in court on March 1. Taylor also told the incident in Instagram Stories last week, wrote:
“The last few weeks have been the hardest weeks of my life. I want to thank everyone who has been by my side, the people who reached out and the strangers who stopped to hug me. I am silently working on healing, therapy, blessings, starting classes, and taking antidepressants to help me through this time.I’m starting to feel progress and will be back at work.
Meanwhile, Dakota supports and defends Taylor since the incident. He previously said in a TikTok video:
“She is an amazing mother and she loves her children so much. I will be there for them and help them in any way. It just sucks. The whole thing is regrettable.”
