Stormy Daniels Postpones Interview With Piers Morgan Amid ‘Security Issues,’ Says Morgan

Piers Morgan announced on Twitter on Friday that a “world exclusive” interview with porn actor Stormy Daniels has been postponed “due to some security issues that have arisen.”

“I hope he’s all right,” wrote a British journalist.

Morgan did not elaborate on the issue and Daniels has not commented on social media.

On Thursday, a Manhattan grand jury indicted former President Donald Trump for his role in a $130,000 cash payment to buy Daniels’ silence about the alleged affair, prompting a security crackdown in New York City ahead of Trump’s arrest on Tuesday.

Morgan’s interview with Daniels for the show “Piers Morgan Uncensored” – which aired on the streaming service Fox Nation in the United States – has been repeated several times on the program’s social media accounts.

“These are allegations that have shocked the world … and tonight Piers Morgan interviews the former adult star at the center of it all,” read one post.

“Piers Morgan speaks to the woman at the center of Donald Trump’s impeachment in a last-minute world exclusive,” said another.

Earlier Friday, The Times of London published an interview with Daniels in which he described Trump’s indictment as a “vindication.”

“I know very well about the madness of being a porn star. But it’s also poetry; this pussy is holding back,” he said, later expressing his fear of division that could cause nationalism.

“Whatever the outcome, there will be violence, and there will be injuries and deaths,” Daniels predicted. “There is potential for a lot of good from this. But whatever, a lot of bad will come from it as well.
