Kathryn Dennis has been hit with eviction papers again.

After facing a series of Rules for Evacuation last year, including the two in the apartment he shares with his current girlfriend. Chleb Ravenellat Southern charm alum, who reportedly turned down a “guest” role in season nine after being fired from a full-time position last month, is being sued by East Bay Apartments.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online on March 15, the luxury apartment complex filed a case against Kathryn on March 8, demanding that she vacate her apartment immediately.

As Southern charm fans can understand, Kathryn has hit with wopping four Rules to Evacuate news in just over a year. He was sued twice in 2022, although both cases were ultimately dismissed.

In an additional report from The US Sun, it was noted that Kathryn, who launched the $14.99 a month OnlyFans account in January after allegedly being fired, asked her friends to borrow money due to financial difficulties.

As explained by the outlet, Kathryn is expected to move from her current home, where the apartment costs $ 1,640 to $ 2,725 per month, after being hit by the second Rule to Vacate in the location (the first one was submitted on November 17, 2022, but was later dismissed).

Previously, Mt Pleasant Investments LLC filed two Notices of Order to Vacate against him, one on March 16, 2022, for missed payments totaling $9,252, and the second on May 17.

“Kathryn isn’t doing well financially, and she’s telling friends she needs to move house after being threatened with eviction multiple times,” an insider said of the former reality star. “I heard last week that he was putting his things away and trying to find a place to go, probably closer to his family or closer to the kids in Aiken.”

“Kathryn started asking to borrow money from friends. It’s bad, she has to finish her life. If she behaved better on the show and was nicer to the cast and crew during filming, she probably wouldn’t have been fired,” she said. “He’s still doing OnlyFans but he’s not making a lot of money, so he’s probably going to get a job.”

While Kathryn apparently started the OnlyFans account in an effort to earn income, she has been very inactive on the site. However, they have only shared 14 messages and 17 media items since launch. And the most recent post, shared on March 11, only got 10 “likes”.

Kathryn’s response to the East Bay Apartments case against her has not been filed, according to Radar.

Southern charm season nine is currently in production and is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
