Eviction lawsuit against Southern charm alum Kathryn Dennis has reportedly been settled, as 31-year-old moves out of her apartment.

Through court documents obtained by the outlet, the East Bay Apartments case against him was dismissed on Wednesday. The complex reportedly filed a lawsuit earlier this month.
Rent for these units is anywhere from $1,640 to $2,725 per month. On Facebook, Kathryn began selling personal property, as her representative told the outlet about the move.
