South African rapper AKA was shot dead in a drive-by shooting
Sources in Durban have reported a drive-by shooting on Florida Road with two people dead, confirming rapper Kiernan Jarryd ‘AKA’ Forbes was among the dead. The filming time has been placed before 10 pm.
According to IOL, who arrived at the scene after the police had blocked it off, eye-witnesses put AKA standing outside the Wish Restaurant when two unmarked cars were gunned down as they drove by.
The other deceased is believed to be a close friend of the rapper. While the one injured is believed to be an AKA bodyguard.
