Coventry vs HuddersfieldSaturday at 3 p.m

It was a few games for Coventry last week against Norwich. Being 3-0 down so quickly, then almost going behind, would have taken it away. They are in poor form but have had some tough games and this is a chance to bounce back.

I was surprised I must admit to see Sorba Thomas leave Huddersfield on loan. He may not be very happy, but we see how creative he can be. The audience needs to step in and fill that void, but I don’t see that happening on Saturday.

Prediction: 2-0 (Sky Bet odds)

Hull vs QPRSaturday at 3 p.m

I think Hull have been great so far in Liam Rosenior. They didn’t get anything last week, but Sheffield United certainly knew they had played at the end. It shows how far they have come.

I’ve also got a lot of time for Neil Critchley, if that’s not enough motoring on him so far. There are many teams trying to get into the top six, but I think this will be a defeat for them which will not help.

Prediction: 2-1 (Sky Bet odds)

Middlesbrough vs WatfordSaturday at 3 p.m

Despite all the debate over last week’s penalty decision, Sunderland were still the better team against Middlesbrough and Michael Carrick will be looking for a reaction. But the close proximity to opponents Watford from where he took over shows just how good he is.

Watford seem to be on top without having to run consistently. But he should be closer to Burnley and Sheffield United than he is now. Slaven Bilic has been brought in for promotion, and he is still well placed. Middlesbrough’s horrendous fans should be enough to keep them honestand in the top six, but I think Boro will win.

Prediction: 2-1 (Sky Bet odds)
