The world is on the brink of World War III – if not in Ukraine between Russia and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (Nato), it could break out between the United States and China over Taiwan.
As it happens, the US and its allies in Europe are caught helping Ukraine in its war with Russia and Moscow will not give up. However, Russia increased its bombing of Ukraine.
It is said that if two elephants fight, the grass will suffer and the right thing for us is that the US or NATO immediately attack Russia or vice versa.
Currently, there is a proxy war between them – it is a situation where Ukrainian soldiers are at the front of the war against the Russian Army but are armed by the US and its allies with tanks and other weapons.

At the end of the day, it is Western weapons used against Russia, one of the most formidable warring countries in the world. Of course, training in the use of these weapons must be provided by the West. This is another area of conflict and a source of tension between the West and Russia.
There is no real guarantee that soldiers from the same country will not actually participate in a direct attack on Russia. But there needs to be one trigger that will cause World War III in the process – and if that happens, we’re all doomed.
There is no doubt that the next war will be a nuclear war, as each side will try to finish the other. Both have sophisticated weapons of mass destruction. When the confrontation takes place, which no one wants, then the effect of the elephant fight will enter.

Without a doubt, if Russia and the US or NATO go to war, we will all be affected. As shown in the initial debate over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February last year, Africa will be divided between two sides in the war.
Even as a non-aligned country, like South Africa, you are still considered an enemy, Russia, even if you want peace.
Despite South Africa’s calls for dialogue to end the conflict in Ukraine, the West does not want to listen. However, Pretoria is seen outside and within its borders as not doing the right thing by remaining neutral.
Again, there were other developments in East Asia that could also lead to World War III. Any confrontation between China and the US will lead to a dangerous and most fatal war for all of us.
Tensions between the two powers in Taiwan are high. Some argue that the tension is not about Taiwan or China recapturing territorial islands, but US geopolitical interests that include stopping China from possibly overtaking it as the world’s largest economy by 2030, a possibility that all experts say.

China brags about it on every platform and Washington worries every time the issue is discussed.
The danger of all matters is that the entire region of East Asia is arming itself. Are you talking about Japan, the two Koreas, Taiwan, China and even India, they are gathering weapons and training for war.
Each has its own geopolitical reason to be armed – but the US, as the world’s policeman, is there to police every conflict in its own interest. But there is no doubt that the main idea is to fight China and Russia everywhere.

It was a vicious cycle of power dominance, which led to the Cold War again. But we must pray that in Russia and the Taiwan Strait, nothing can lead to war, because we will all die in an avoidable war…
