On March 24, the artist and actress shared a message on her Instagram Story after learning about the great criticism that Hailey Baldwin has received lately.
Some misguided people have said some really bad things to him.
“Hailey Bieber approached me and told me that she had received death threats and hateful negativity,” Gomez began, adding in a surprising way:
“This is not what I want. No one should have to experience hate or bullying.
“I always advocate kindness and really want this to stop.”

Hailey, of course, is married to Justin Bieber, Selena’s serious ex-boyfriend.
Gomez’s message comes about a month after she took to social media to address claims that Hailey and her friend Kylie Jenner sprayed her, calling the speculation “unnecessary” in a TikTok comment on February 22.
Since then, Hailey has received a lot of negative comments on social media, so Selena chose to speak in her defense.
He wants the world to know that he and Hailey are not rivals.
Selena also found herself caught up in some more drama with Hailey when she responded to a resurfaced video of the model mocking her close friend Taylor Swift a short time ago.
The recording featured Hailey on her old show, Drop the Mic, alongside co-host Method Man.
When the rapper referenced “Taylor Swift’s last album,” Hailey pretended to be joking and stuck her tongue out before rolling her eyes.
Showing her support for Swift in the comments section of the viral video, Gomez wrote back:
“Sorry best friend and continue to be one of the best in the game.”
After the incident, Gomez announced that she was taking a break from social media.
“I’m going to take a second off social media, because this is a bit stupid. I’m 30 and too old for this. But I love you and I’ll see you soon [rather] rather than later,” the singer said in a TikTok video.
Not long ago, Gomez shared a post on the video sharing platform about her doing a makeup tutorial, writing:
“Thank you and love you all. I am so grateful for each and every one of you humans. You make me happy beyond belief.”
Hailey, for her part addressed the criticism she often receives about her timeline and Bieber’s relationship in a September interview on Call Her Daddy.
“A lot of the hate and constant coming from like, ‘Oh, you’re stealing [Justin],'” she said.
“And I think maybe it’s because he wants her to be done with someone else. And that’s okay. You can want everything you want, but it’s not like that.
Hailey added that she only has “love” for Gomez.
