Scheana Shay and Brock Davies married on Wednesday’s episode of Vanderpump Rules. And, when there is just as much, if not more, chat about Rachel Lewis‘kiss with Tom Schwartzfans took note of the main similarities between the wedding and that of Scheana and Mike Shay.
When Scheana debuted new wedding photos of her and Brock’s August 2022 nuptials that included Lala Kentrung‘s face over that of Raquel (the result of some impressive photoshopping), fans realized that the man who married Scheana and Brock is the same man who married Scheana and Mike.
Along with some photos from the Wedding shared by Cheers and Cocktails on Instagram, the fan page revealed that Scheana used “the same officiant for the wedding.”
And when the fans were right in their suspicions, Scheana took to her Instagram story to explain the situation, stating that the man was not an ordinary official, but a member of her family.
“It’s not weird that the same person married me because the person who married us was my cousin David, who, sorry other cousins, is definitely my favorite cousin,” she confirmed.
Meanwhile, on the main page, Scheana debuted her wedding photos, featuring Lala (or Raquel’s face and body hair) as a bridesmaid.
“The most beautiful bridesmaid,” Scheana captioned the April 12 photo, praising “the best photographer,” Morgan Taylor, and giving a nod to the designers. Pia Gladys Perey and Pol Atteau.
After sharing the post, Scheana received mixed reactions from her fans and followers, some of whom thought she was a cat and others were impressed by her photography skills.
“This is weird AF, jut photoshopped Raquel all out of the photo,” one person suggested.
“Beyond strange. Asf is a child,” wrote another.
“Just her face and replaced with Lala,” said a third.
Then, after the four people said, “Wait [Scheana Shay] how do you cut it out [Raquel Leviss]?? Your photographer did wonders,” said another fan, “Bravo!!!!”
Also in the comments section, another person gave a nod to Scheana’s music career, saying, “This little level is as good as gold.”
Also reacting to the wedding photo photographed on Instagram is Lala herself, who shared the photo on her Instagram Story, along with the caption, joking, “It’s an honor to be a bridesmaid.”
