Scheana Shay said out on Twitter after Rachel Lewis‘ the restraining order against him was dismissed.
After signaling that he will take legal action against Raquel’s submission, which he claims abuses the judicial system, Vanderpump Rules star said he won the court on Twitter as his wife, Brock Daviesweighed in on Instagram stories.
“Justice SURved,” Scheana tweeted on March 29, along with the peace sign emoji.

Also on social media on Wednesday, Brock shared a photo from the court and submitted Raquel’s submission to his wife.
“Sitting here waiting for court and this is real, there are real people, with real problems, in need of real services that help in serious situations,” he wrote in the caption of the March 29 pic, tagging LifeWire and Future Without Violence.

After being dismissed from Raquel’s order against Scheana, Raquel’s lawyer released a statement, explaining why she did not attend the hearing.
“Scheana and her attorney were informed from the reunion by email that Raquel did not move forward with the RO. The court was informed by Raquel’s counsel that we did not participate and did not move forward and that we have filed the documents requested by the clerk of court that are stamped as received,” said the lawyer to Entertainment Tonight .
“His arrival to the grandstand was predictable, but at least he admitted there was a physical and Raquel supported the initial statement that Scheana punched him in the face supported by photos of bruised browbones and cut eyebrows. Not the dark circles that Scheana tried,” he added.
But according to Scheana, it’s not her that’s “great.”
“They’re not releasing it, so we have to come here. With this restraining order, there’s no way to get rid of the case,” he told TMZ outside the courtroom. “That’s why we have to show up.”
“I think his absence now further proves that this was all a PR stunt from the start, trying to get rid of it. [her affair with Tom Sandoval]save face, and abuse the court system,” Scheana continued, shedding light on the real victims of domestic violence.
“There are people out there who need this,” he said. “There are real victims of domestic violence out there. There are amazing organizations like Futures Without Violence, LifeWire, that help people who really need this so the abuse of the process is just… Phew.
Then, after saying “no” to a potential reconciliation with Raquel, Scheana announced that she will be meeting with her attorney this week to discuss taking action against Raquel for allegedly false court filings.
“I’m going to have a meeting with my lawyer this week and you need to talk to him,” she said.
Also during an interview with TMZ, Scheana commented on Raquel’s influence with Sandoval. Ariana Madix.
“It’s very unfortunate. Ariana did not deserve what happened to her,” he said. “I’m just her support system.”
