By now, you may have heard about the shocking scandal Vanderpump Rules.
But in case you missed it: Tom Sandoval cheated on Ariana Madix with Raquel Leviss, and the whole situation was just unbelievable.
Tom and Raquel have apparently been hooking up to monthand for a long time they were brazenly rubbing their affairs in everyone’s face.
Sandoval dressed as Leviss for Halloween, and illicit lovers wore matching necklaces with lightning bolt medallions, all while assuring Ariana and other interested parties that they were just really, really close friends.
The situation is made more dire by the fact that Ariana is Raquel’s long-time defender and close friend who was rewarded for her betrayal.
Joining Ariana on Team Raquel is Scheana Shay, who also supports and defends Leviss when another person in the group – namely Katie Maloney – calls her out.
Last Wednesday night, Raquel and Scheana appeared together in an episode of Watch What Happens Live which aired after Vanderpump.
They will look back as the last night of friendship.
That same night Ariana found out about the relationship when she found an explicit text that Raquel had sent to Sandoval.
Scheana and Raquel were enjoying some post-show drinks at a NYC bar when they got the news, and unsurprisingly, it seemed like the evening took an abrupt turn for the worse.
“After recording Watch What Happens LiveScheana and Raquel went out drinking with friends,” a source close to the situation told Page Six.
“One night, Scheana lost Raquel and then found her outside the bar on the phone with Ariana, which Scheana could hear.”
Not surprisingly, that’s when it turned ugly.
“The confrontation heated up after the revelation,” the source said.
“They went back to the hotel separately and never saw each other and never spoke again.”
Okay, so Scheana got angry on Ariana’s behalf, but it seems the confrontation wasn’t as wild as reported.
At one point, there were claims that Scheana violently assaulted Raquel, with one outlet even claiming that Leviss was left with a black eye.
Scheana has never shown violent tendencies, and there is no reason to believe that, as a 37-year-old mother, she will suddenly become a barroom brawler.
That’s not to say, of course, he didn’t want to beat Raquel.
In fact, Scheana’s anger when she found out that Leviss and Sandoval had been dating for months could be seen.
Of course, if you’re a reality star and someone in your friend group does something unpleasant, there’s always something to see:
Vanderpump ratings are going through the roof, and yes, Tom and Ariana have been filmed together in the day since the news of the scandal became public.
Tom and Raquel may be ruining their lives, but at least we’ll get some interesting TV out of this whole thing!
