Savannah Chrisley is very confused how Mr. Shah‘s legal battle turned out in comparison to the case of his parents!
As you know, Todd and Julie Chrisley received a combined total of 19 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States, and tax fraud. Both also received 16 months of probation. They have reported to their respective prisons this week to begin their sentences. Meanwhile, Jen received 78 months – or about six and a half years – in jail after pleading guilty to her part in a national telemarketing scheme. In addition, he was ordered to serve five years of supervised release and enter a mental health treatment program upon his release. He must report to prison in February.
While Jen won’t be out for a while, Savannah has some strong thoughts on it Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star sentence! During the finals Unlock episode of the podcast with her mother, Savannah said that she did not understand how it became easier for Jen to deceive thousands of parents, but Todd and Julie received a more severe sentence in the case – which did not harm the “victim”. He stated:
“Take the case aside, and it doesn’t make sense – it just doesn’t. There are hundreds of elderly victims, and people who gave statements who lost their homes, threatened to die. There were different things, and they got six and a half years. Make sense!”

At Chrisley knows best star added:
“You have a man who will not admit guilt and will stand firm. We stand right if we are not wrong, [and] there are no victims.”
Julie agrees with Savannah, noting:
“There are no victim statements. No victim statements have been read. No victim statements have been received to our knowledge.
In the end, Savannah feels that “nothing adds up” when it comes to Bravolebrity getting less time than Julie and Todd:
“For me, there is something else. I have committed myself to find out what it is and so that we can get to the other side so that we can help others who are going through something like this.
