ROLCC celebrates 20 years of dedicated service

River of Life Christian Church, Ghana has celebrated its 20th anniversary with a call to expand the boundaries of the church.

The anniversary celebration ended with the opening of the Rehoboth cathedral built in honor of God.

According to Bishop Dr. Texford Aryee-Tagoe, National Director and Senior Pastor of the River of Life Christian Church, Ghana, said the building of the cathedral at Rehoboth Heights in Bawjiase in Awutu Senya West District in the Central Region will help win souls for Christ.

“The building of the cathedral is an honor for the kingdom’s business and this will help us win more souls for Christ. This is also to celebrate the church after 20 years of service to God,” Bishop Dr. Texford Aryee-Tagoe told Citi News.

The man of God while speaking to the congregation in the new place he called on the younger pastors who have the desire to do the work of God to be patient and learn from those who have been men of God in other places so that they can be successful in the work of God.

“As a younger pastor, there is a need to educate some of God’s servants who are already in the business of the kingdom and this will make them. Training is important in everything we do, that’s why younger men and up-and-coming men need to learn. We also must understand that to do things right, we must be taught, we must be led and this is important. There are times when some young men of God are in a hurry to establish a church and sometimes they fail because they don’t have time to study.

“It is not an easy task but with hard work, discipline and dedication, it will pay off. I went through 30 years of mentorship from the late Bishop George Ampiah and this has shaped me,” said the National Director and Senior Pastor of River of Life Christian Church Ghana.

“We also need to understand that it’s not your time, and you wake up you will fall,” he said.

In the various branches of the church across the African continent gathered in Rehoboth Cathedral to honor God and the key between them Rt. Pastor Tong Lui of the River of Life Christian Church in Santa Clara, California who is also the founder and President of ROLCC worldwide led the dedication of the cathedral to God.

Regarding the construction of the National Cathedral for the country, God believes that this is a step in the right direction because it will be a place of convergence for Christendom.

“There is nothing wrong with building a cathedral for God as a country that will also be a place where people can seek the face of God and I don’t think there is anything wrong. But I must also say that we must put God first in everything, ” said the servant of God.
