Although RPatz says she’s never had a problem with her own body image, she says the expectations placed on men and women alike — in the industry and out — are “crazy.” And it can be very easy to become obsessed:
“[It’s] it’s very, very easy to fall into that pattern too, even if you’re just watching your calorie intake, it’s really addictive – and you don’t realize how insidious it is until it’s too late.

One of the wild fad diets the 36-year-old revealed she once tried was pureed potatoes:
“I once ate nothing but potatoes for two weeks, as a detox. Just boiled potatoes and Himalayan pink salt. Apparently it cleanses… you definitely lose weight.
Just boil potatoes for two weeks!? wow! We will also lose weight…
According to various health sources, the potato fad is a vegan option for quick and easy weight loss. Some people choose to eat only plain white potatoes for a stricter diet, while others go lighter and eat a variety of potatoes such as sweet and red potatoes. Either way, eating only one food for several weeks or even months should take some serious persistence and determination! Especially bland food like boiled potatoes.
Robert went on to say that he’s tried almost every diet and cleanse “you can think of” – including the most popular keto diet:
“I’ve tried every fad you can think of, everything except consistency. I tried keto once. I was like, ‘Oh, there’s a diet where you just eat charcuterie boards and cheese all the time?’ But I don’t know if you can’t drink beer because it defeats the purpose.
LOLz! We believe that beer is prohibited entire diet…
At Live a noble life The actor also expressed his reluctance to discuss his training routine for the film, explaining:
“[It’s] It’s a shame that you get into a pattern of answering questions about training because there are always better guys out there than you.
