As it stands, Riley is the sole guardian of the estate since the death of his sister, but Priscilla claims that the signature on this amendment is fake. Under the terms of the living trust, the New York native would have been notified if he was no longer a trustee, but he claims he was never notified. Riley has yet to respond to her grandmother’s accusations.
Priscilla confirmed her daughter’s death hours after the late singer was taken to hospital after suffering a heart attack. “It is with a heavy heart that I have to share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” he said Elvis and Me the author said in a statement at the time. “She was the strongest and most loving woman I know.
