Heather Gay down nearly $3 million on a new home on a sycamore tree-lined street in Salt Lake City’s Shenandoah Park Avenue neighborhood in September 2022.
After wrapping up production on the third season recently-aired from Real Housewives of Salt Lake CityHeather purchased the six-bedroom, six-bathroom, 7,922-square-foot property for her family, which boasts two wineries and plenty of entertaining space, both indoors and out.

He also shared a series of photos of the property.
According to the listing, Heather’s new home has a large entrance with custom iron doors and large windows with remote-controlled blinds.
The home’s two-story foyer offers plenty of natural light.
The formal living room is also two stories high with large floor to ceiling windows and a stunning fireplace.
The living room is covered with large beams and decorative ornaments.
In the living room there is a gourmet kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances from brands like WOLF, Subzero, Asko, and Brizo.

Also in the living room is a dining room with a wooden tray ceiling.

The home’s master suite is also on the main floor, and has its own fireplace, two walk-in closets, and even a custom steam shower.

The master bathroom has a jetted tub surrounded by granite floors.
Three other bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, are located on the carpeted upper floor.
One bedroom has a wall cut out with shelves.
The two bedrooms upstairs have their own bathrooms.
In the basement there is a temperature-controlled wine cellar, along with a study with a fireplace, two more bedrooms, a gym, and a family room.
Basement family room has blue built-in shelving and recessed lighting.
Outside the house is a 12-foot deep saltwater pool with a waterfall and a kiddie pool.
The diving board offers additional entertainment.
In addition to the outdoor kitchen and seating area, a pool bathroom, additional shower, and steam room can also be found outside.
