The feds reportedly want to Mr. Shahjudge to consider restraining order 2019 against The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, filed by a woman who alleges Jen slept with her husband.
Jen’s sentencing is scheduled for Friday, and fans will find out how long she has to serve after pleading guilty to fraud.
Lawyer Gen Priya Choudhary toward TMZ: “We have evidence that this woman lied about this alleged matter – an email from this woman to Ms. Shah’s husband dated 4 days after the restraining order in which she admitted to having no relationship. This scorned woman lied to the prosecutor in an attempt to get revenge revenge on Jen Shah.
The lawyer added, “Jen Shah has taken responsibility for his mistakes and accepted that he should be punished. It is sad that those who have an ax to grind will use this time to deny justice.
According to the outlet, the prosecutor wants the judge to consider the woman’s account, when Jen’s sentence is being decided; this can lead to more time behind bars.
The woman, who contacted the food via mail, said she had a restraining order against Jen in 2019.
Prosecutors would have wanted the judge to learn about the woman’s account, as it allegedly matched Jen’s behavior with other men. The outlet said prosecutors hoped it would lead to a longer sentence.
The woman claimed that Jen harassed and stalked her, so she filed a restraining order in Nevado four years ago. In past court documents, the woman alleged that her husband was having an affair with the star, which sparked an explosion when the woman shared a picture of the message to Jen’s husband, Coach Sharrieff Shah.
He also claimed that Jen drove to another country to get to him, arriving at the woman’s door at 2:30 in the morning. She said she called the police, and eventually received a temporary restraining order. The story is unclear beyond this point.
The Feds reportedly asked Jen to serve ten years in prison.
